1. Your Account

You must provide accurate information when creating a profile on MusicMakersDB. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. Public Content

Profile information, resources, and job/gig postings you submit are public and visible to any visitor of the site. Do not post information you don't want publicly visible, including contact information you haven't explicitly opted to share.

3. Acceptable Use

Do not post false, misleading, abusive, or unlawful content. Do not use the site to spam, scrape, or harass other users. We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Job & Resource Postings

MusicMakersDB is a listing board only. We do not vet employers, gig posters, or resource links, and we are not a party to any agreement, payment, or engagement arranged through the site. Use your own judgment when responding to postings.

5. Content Reports

Users may flag postings or resources for review. We review reports at our discretion and may remove content or take other action as we see fit.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings. This permanently removes your profile and all associated content.

7. Disclaimer

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for interactions, transactions, or arrangements made between users off-platform.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
